Join us for a community celebration, watch party, and mural unveiling in honor of historic baseball player Buck O'Neil!

O'Neil, who grew up in Newtown, lived through and told the stories of the desegregation of baseball, paving the way for many future players, coaches and personnel within America's pastime. Now, Buck's mural will be a permanent fixture in Sarasota, signifying the long-lasting legacy he left.

The event will feature free food, drinks, a watch party of the Induction Ceremony, and a community unveiling of RADD's new Gilbert Mural Initiative mural in honor of O'Neil.
