The PINC Fest experience is returning to Sarasota's Rosemary District next week.

Dubbed as the most creative weekend in Sarasota, the three day outdoor festival, PINCfest, is making a major comeback to Sarasota’s Rosemary Art & Design District on January 20th.

“It’s a way for the local community to engage in and get inspired by music, creative visual arts, vendors who focus on creativity and ultimately connect and understand what creativity really means to this community," said Founder of DreamLarge, Anand Pallegar.

Attendees can expect a variety of events, including live music, projection mapping, performing arts, food trucks and ongoing live murals from regional artists by regional artists who hail from as far as New York to Mexico City.

“We’ve been working with these people over the course of a couple weeks to share with them the walls of our community and let them know what we have in mind, and see what kind of creativity they can bring to Sarasota to leave their own mark," said DreamLarge Director, Julia Groom.

The festival will also feature ticketed events, including the PINC ideas dinner, after party, and PINC bike ride throughout Downtown Sarasota.

“We’re sure that we are going to be providing a wealth of different styles, and feelings to not only the Rosemary District but to Sarasota as a whole, so this is just an opportunity to activate it and get the community out and provide something for people to do," said Groom.

All of this is put on by DreamLarge, a Suncoast non-profit that aims to inspire creativity through change.

“Around this all, were hoping to just draw, a great deal of creativity, inspiration and bring out a different type of community that can see how we can create a different chapter in the City of Sarasota," said Pallegar.

The three-day festival starts next Thursday, January 20th, and runs through Saturday January 22nd.
