The Giving Challenge Showing our Love for The Bay   The Giving Challenge is a 24-hour giving event that brings our nonprofit and donor community together to enact transformative change along the Gulf Coast. At DreamLarge, we believe that any donation, regardless of size, makes a difference as long as we're working together.    A Lovely Matching Challenge Thanks to an anonymous donor.   A local donor (and friend of DreamLarge) has offered to match all donations to The Bay Sarasota during this year's Giving Challenge.    We want to inspire as many people as possible to become involved with The Bay, and this donor is dedicated to making that happen. Their generosity has led them to double down on donations to The Bay - person for person.    Here's the deal. 1,000 people  =  $100,000   If we can inspire 250 people to donate, the anonymous donor will add an extra $25 per person. If 500 people donate, they will add an extra $50 per person. And, if 1,000 people donate, our anonymous friend will donate an additional $100 per person. That's $100,000! Don't forget - that's on top of the Patterson Foundation's existing matching grant and all individual contributions! Participate in the Matching Challenge Our Stories. It represents an environmentally-friendly city, a more diverse Sarasota, and a brighter future for generations to come. The minimum matching donation is $25 and, if you break it down, that's the equivalent of 5 lattes, a few lunches, or a round of beers!
